We provide contactless delivery to homes and businesses across New Zealand - excluding Stewart Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island and the Chatham Islands.
Shipping fees for one-time orders are as follows:
- $9 shipping fee for orders under $99.
- Free shipping for orders $99 and over.
- No cost for shipping when you pickup from our Chia Sisters Solar Powered Factory, 89 Pascoe St, Annesbrook, Nelson. Collection times: Monday - Friday, 10am - 12.30pm.
Shipping fees for subscription orders are as follows:
- $9 shipping fee for subscription orders of 1 carton if value is under $99.
- Free shipping for subscription orders of 2+ cartons regardless of order total.
- No cost for shipping when you pickup from our Chia Sisters Solar Powered Factory, 89 Pascoe St, Annesbrook, Nelson. Collection times: Monday - Friday, 10am - 12.30pm.

Returns
Unless there is a fault with your order, we’re unable to offer returns for food items. If your order is not up to standard for any reason, please don’t hesitate to email us at orders@chia.co.nz or phone us at (+64) 21 167 0707.
What happens if a bottle breaks during shipping?
Because we work with recyclable glass bottles, it’s possible for them to break during shipping. Please let us know if this has happened by email to orders@chia.co.nz, and we will replace your order promptly.
