I originally learnt about chia Sisters on rural delivery. I have very low iron levels and decided to try the smoothie and chia drinks. Loved them and began a fortnightly delivery. Convient for work. Haven't had a blood test yet to check my iron levels, however for some reason my nails are growing faster and are no longer brittle. I genuinely feel healthier.
